Here are the tools that I use and would like to recommend them.

WordPress is a free and open-source content management system (CMS). Among the CMS that I have used, this is the best as it has a lot of plugins and themes available and and large community that you can count on for support.

Cost: Free

Thrive Themes is the creator of some of the most popular WordPress themes and plugins. This includes Thrive Leads, Thrive Architect, Landing Pages, and themes like FocusBlog or Ignition. There plugins are a gem.

Cost: $30/month paid quarterly or $19/month paid annually (full access to the whole suite)
